Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This policy explains how Clipy, Inc. (“Clipy”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit useclipy.com (the “Site”) and when you book a call with us through it. Use of the Clipy platform and marketplace is covered by the Clipy Privacy Policy.

1. What we collect

When you browse the Site: the pages you visit, the links and buttons you click, the page that sent you here, campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm parameters and ad click IDs), and your device and browser type. Your IP address is processed by our hosting providers and by the advertising tools described below. We use your approximate country, derived from your IP address, only to decide whether to ask for cookie consent; we don't store it.

When you book a call: our scheduling provider, Calendly, collects your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your answers to the booking questions, and the source of your visit (the campaign tags above).

When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to send.

2. How we use it

  • To run, secure and improve the Site, and to understand which pages and buttons are used.
  • To measure which ads and channels bring visitors and booked calls.
  • To show and improve our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, including measuring conversions and reaching people who visited the Site.
  • To prepare for and hold the call you booked, and to reply to you.

3. Advertising and measurement tools

Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). The pixel records page views, clicks on booking buttons, the steps of booking a call and confirmed bookings. When you book a call, our server also sends Meta your email address, name, phone number and country in hashed (SHA-256) form, together with your IP address, browser user agent, Meta cookie identifiers, the page address and the time of the booking. Meta uses this to match the booking to activity on its services, to measure our ads and to improve their delivery. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

Google Ads tag (Google LLC). Records page views and confirmed bookings as ad conversions. See how Google uses information in advertising.

Whop pixel (Whop, Inc.). Records page views and clicks on booking buttons. See Whop's Privacy Policy.

Calendly (Calendly, LLC). Runs our booking calendar. See Calendly's Privacy Notice.

Click analytics (Clipy). We record clicks on the Site's links and buttons (the button text, the link, the page, the referring page and a random visit ID) in our own database, hosted by Supabase.

5. Your choices

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland (and wherever we can't tell your country), the Meta, Google and Whop tools and the visit-source record start only after you click “Accept”. Elsewhere they are on by default.

Wherever you are, you can turn them off at any time with (also in the Site's footer) and then “Decline”. Declining stops these tools on the Site, deletes Meta's cookies and stored data and our visit-source record from your browser, and stops your bookings from being sent to Meta. Click analytics is not affected by this choice.

You can also manage ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences and in Google's ad settings, and block or delete cookies in your browser.

7. Who we share it with

The providers named above (Meta, Google, Whop, Calendly and Supabase), and the companies that host and deliver the Site (Vercel and Cloudflare). These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

We don't sell your personal information for money. Under some US state laws, letting advertising partners such as Meta and Google collect information through the Site for advertising can count as “selling” or “sharing”; you can opt out with .

8. How long we keep it

Browser storage is kept for the periods in the table above. Booking details and emails are kept for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet legal obligations. Information held by Meta, Google, Whop and Calendly is kept under their own policies.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, email admin@useclipy.com.

10. Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes and contact

We'll update this policy when the Site changes how it handles information, and change the date at the top. Questions: Clipy, Inc., admin@useclipy.com.
